The Dallas Morning News reported on Highland Capital Management’s investment in Caris Life Sciences, a North Texas company driving innovation in precision medicine:

“Irving-based cancer research firm Caris Life Sciences is getting a $310 million infusion to accelerate its growth.

The equity financing includes $235 million from Dallas-based Highland Capital Management, New York-based Coatue and a broad collection of institutional investors. Caris also raised $75 million in new debt financing from Sixth Street, which invested $150 million in the company in September 2018…
