Health and Dental Insurance

Highland pays 100% of the premiums for health insurance (PPO) and dental insurance for employees and their dependents.  In addition, our health insurance plan has no deductible for in-network services.  Highland places a high value on the health and well-being of our employees and their families.

Additional Insurance (Life, Disability, AD&D)

Highland pays 100% of the cost of group life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance for all of its employees.

Dependent Care and Healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Highland offers both dependent care and healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to all employees.

401(k) with Employer Matching Contributions

Highland offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan to employees. Highland supplements your savings by matching your 401(k) contributions dollar-for-dollar (100% matching) up to 4% of your eligible compensation each payroll period.

Paid Time Off (PTO) / Holidays

Highland provides a generous Paid Time Off package to all employees as well as eleven paid holidays. Most employees will start with at least three weeks of Paid Time Off annually.
